hiv risk ?

hi everyone how are you?
so this is what happened ,i washed my hands excessively due to which they started to bleed i dried them afterwards and applied moisturizing cream/lotion on it to protect as i was going out . on the way two friends came and asked if i wanted to play cricket as one of them was having bat in hand , they both did handshake with me now i am worried what if they had fresh cut on hand and bleeding because they touched my wrist area too which was where the bleeding mostly occured after washing hands earlier . so if while shaking hands they had fresh bleeding cut and touched the area of my hand where bleeding happened because of excessive hand washing on which i applied cream before coming out ,can hiv transmission happen ?do i have to wait and do hiv test ?

another scenario is this :
i went out with my room mate for dinner and we sat infront of each other on the table i noticed bleeding on his lips i guess. and then we were talking i am thinking what if some blood fell on my face mouth nose eyes from his lips while talking to me ,can hiv transmit like this? I came to room and washed my mouth face nose hands but while washing my sleeves got wet i took off the sweater will that wet sleeves still have hiv?

also my socks and shoes got wet while washing face while taking my shoes off my socks touched the shoes ,what if the water with which i washed face fell on my shoes and my socks being wet touched them while i was taking them off ,will it have hiv and infect me?  for how long hiv live on wet clothes or socks?

after that he came and went to toilet and used the toilet ,what if he touched the toilet seat and the toilet lid with having blood on his hand which he got from his lips while touching it?  now i cant use the toilet because he closed the toilet lid it means if blood was on toilet seat now air cant go inside the toilet because the lid is closed on it ,now if i use it , can hiv be transmitted?.

also after using toilet he used the pot in which we put water to clean our anus and penis he left water in that pot after using it what if blood has fallen into the water in that pot? if i want to use the pot i have to pour out water from the pot what if while pouring water out that water splash on my face mouth nose eyes lips ?can hiv infection happen ?

You have a VERY high volume of old posts in which the risks for HIV were explained to you, and they have not changed.

For the final time: You cannot get HIV from receiving oral sex. The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

None of your activities are on that list of risks, and frankly, that vast list of scenarios that have caused you to have an irrational concern about HIV from each of them is deeply troubling. I hope you are able to seek help for your anxiety, but we cannot continue addressing every scenario you come up with when you already know the risks for HIV.

i didnt say anything about oral sex , please kindly read my post properly and answer one by one i will greatly appreciate……. i will be relaxed after your proper reply . kindly reply in detail plz , just waiting for your reply so i can know everything i asked for pleaseeeeeeeee
The oral sex mention was posted in error. You can still see the ONLY TWO RISKS for HIV, and you know that your events are not on that list.

We are all volunteers here, and there is no need to address each of your events, one by one, when you can see that you did not share an intravenous needle, and you did not have unprotected anal/vaginal sex.

We do not provide anxiety support in this forum, so it is not our responsibility to make you relax. I'm sorry you are having irrational thoughts, but that is for a therapist to address - not an HIV forum.
i know i am asking for too much time , but in a way by helping me you will be helping alot of others like me who are looking for information
There is no way for people on this forum to cure irrational thoughts, and others who have them will not gain anything from reading about your situation. See a therapist.
You're not looking for information. All of the information about HIV risks is contained in my post. You are looking for validation that your irrational thoughts are worth addressing in an HIV forum. They are not.
