Helli everybody. I went to a local taco time. I'm going to make a long story short.. The lady who made my burrito had a bandaid on her thumb And handled my food no gloves

Is this ok?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Happens all the time,I was at maccas the other day & this guy was bleeding from a small cut at least this lady had a bandaid on--no risk.By the way,you know how many chefs cut themselves before preparing our meals & some must have blood bourne viruses but this isn't a risk because the air would render the virus inactive before we got stuck into our food.Don't worry, even if your burrito had a bit of blood on it there is no risk.I have heard worse stories then blood but we won't go into that now. You're safe. All the best.
