worried with testing_HIV

I had a unprotected sex with a girl of unknown history(only once). 2 days after the play I had mild pain in the scrotum and frequent urination. The doctor prescribed me with the doxycyline and I was fine.
I was very worried and tested by CD4 count at 54 days from the exposure, it was negative.  I was not confident with the test and I got again tested at 86 days with same procedure, it said negative. But I am always worried and have sleepless night that I might have the virus. I would like to ask doctor that how reliable/accurate is the CD4 count test. Do I need to test again.
Doctor please help me.

You DO NOT have HIV, Your 84 day test is conclusive and will not change.

You need to have an Elisa anitbody test done. Cd4 count blood tests tell you nothing about your HIV status. A 3 month after exposure antibody test, if negative will be conclusive.
