health care worker

I got stuck at work with a needle in my finger ( which bled a little ) 3 months ago.i got tested 3 months later and it was negative.  I don't know the patient's hiv status, I wasn't given any PEP from the hospital since they thought it was a low risk. 13 weeks test for HIV is negative for me or should i wait longer . Please let me know, Thanks in advance Doc.
