HIV SCARE!!!!!

I am 18 years old male and I had a somewhat protected sex (or what I thought) with a guy I do not know personally. Everything was fine when we were making out, but he put on lube before he wore the condom, and I saw him put on his condom, and into me. However, after he came, he took out his penis and I did not saw the condom on him, and I asked him where is the condom. He showed me the condom, and claiming that he had the condom on the whole time. However, I was still really paranoid and was really scared if the condom had accidentally slipped off during sex. Afterwards, I went to clean myself and saw a mixture of brown and clear fluid. After a week, I started to have a left side swollen lymph nodes, and went to the doctor immediately. The doctor checked and prescribed me antibiotics for three days, and the lymph nodes became harder but smaller. After the second week, my whole neck (two sides) started to swollen up (nothing too visible, but can be felt by hand) and gradually, my right lower side of my stomach (below and around the belly button) started to hurt a bit, and was not sure if its the lymph nodes over there or the tense muscle hurting, but its a pressured pain, and it comes and goes. Later on, my left side, not as tense as the right side, hurts a bit too. So I went to the doctor again and she prescribed me seven days antibiotics, and I am currently on the second day. However, I have been checking my temperatures and I have not yet had any fevers. Though I have been losing appetites and possibly due to the HIV scare situation. This is the 19th day since that sex and I am really scared right now, and I know that symptoms might or might not mean anything but I just want some advices, thanks. If it might not be HIV symptoms, what other stuffs could be causing this recurring lymph nodes swollen situation, and it looks like it might be spreading.

Not sure why someone would lube before putting a condom on but if it did slip off the condom should eventually exit. That would have confirmed.
If you saw correctly on day 28 from this experience take a 4th generation hiv test. A negative at that time is considered conclusive by some experts.
I suggest a final 12 week antibody test to confirm.
You're right, symptoms do not determine ones status.
Lymph nodes can react for countless reasons, all other things you describe doesn't sound like ares.
