How long has it been since your sexual activity? It was more than likely a false positive especially if it was rapid.

Based on that you did not have a risk for HIV.

No medical condition can affect your HIV test.
What kind of test did you used? home? lab?

Hiv tests often show false positive. So the lab will not confirm it is hiv unless they follow up with a western blot test

This has to be a false positive for you hopefully. The risk for a woman receiving oral sex is nil

i am really confused right now. Based in this website, a lot of comments and advices says that oral sex is no risk. its a really big question because i dont have anal and vaginal sex but only oral sex i'd just did and i never had any symptoms that related to hiv. Do you have any idea what is the cause of reactive in my first screening test?

If that's your only exposure within the past few months than I have no idea.  Question: Was there any blood exposure from your partner?

i don't know. The only thing i knew is i did not sex through anal and vagina 100%. only oral sex i have been experienced and mostly i am the receiver (somene giving blowjob on me). I am really worried now if i am at risk for hiv, now that my first screening was reactive. huhuhu!

I'm very confused now and there's something wrong with your story.

If you had the test in the lab and if the test was reactive, then your doctor or staff had to do confirmatory tests to determine whether you are positive or not. At this stage you should already know if this was the case? What did your doctor said about the test results?

Each test is reactive to a certain level and you should not be confused with figures like 0.23 etc. since those small values are result of reactivity produced under laboratory conditions.

Even the modern Rapid tests often shows a false positive result but never a false negative. Did u took any vaccination recently ?

Oral sex sex do carry 0.01 % risk. But only if the receiver have bleeding gums.
