HIV status

Hi Doctor,
I had sex with a female sex worker . we smooched as well as I had licked her vigina and she had taken my dick in her mouth and finally done sex with use of condom . It  had been around 9 weeks after I have started feeling tightness in armpits with little pain ,I am  not sure why it is ? So two day back i had gone for HIV test .It was HIV 1 and 2 antibody  screening test,SERUM and HIV 1/2 & p 24 combo test(CMIA) and result is non reactive  .Should I be assure that I am HIV negetive.??

You are negative proven by your test and the fact that you had no risk.

Should i go for same test after 3 or 6 months?or should L be remain assured that I am OK as in the report it was also mentioned that

" Non Reactive  result implies that antibodies to HIV 1/2 have not been detected in the sample. This mean patient has either not been exposed to HIV 1/2 infection or the sample has been tested during "window phase" i.e.  before the development of detectable levels of antibodies .Hence non reactive result does not exclude the possibility of exposure or infection with HIV 1/2."
and

In recommendation section

it was also mentioned rearly false negative /positive may occur.
