Risk of HIV From Performing Oral Sex

I've seen a lot of discussion about the low risk of contracting HIV from oral sex. My specific question is what is the risk of contracting HIV from performing oral sex on a woman? High, low?

I did this about four months ago and for the past week I've contracted a rash on my chest of about 12-15 clustered red bumps. Not painful, but slightly itchy. I also had a sore throat for about two days? Am I at high risk?

See a Dr for your rash. Rash can be caused my many different things. Oh and if you had a rash connected with HIV, you would have had other symptoms, but you would also have had it months ago. Symptoms don't show up this late.

But again, no risk.

Thanks Vance. All this Internet research I'm doing suggests that the rash I have is classic early HIV symptom. If not HIV, any idea what is causing it? Never had unprotected sex, except for that oral encounter.
