vecy anxious about rare HIV strains

Hi dear helpers,
I'm from Hong Kong. I have been worrying about HIV infection for 2 years, and different symptoms never stop coming out to harass me. Now I'm facing the hardest time of my life because I'm getting married.
Here is my senario:  Two years ago, I lived and studied in mainland China as an exchange college student. I went to the local bars sometimes but just to dance and drink. One time, I drank too much and met a bar girl, and she took me to her place and we had sex, which was my first sex experience. At first she performed UNprotected oral sex on me for about 4 minutes, then we used a very cheap condom(I never heard about it because it's manufactured in local workshops) to have vaginal sex. It's sad that the condom broke halfway during the vaginal sex, and we continued until ejaculation without realizing it. I guessed the UNprotected status lasted approximately for 3 minutes. She's not a CSW, just a girl that always picks up guys and doesn't care such things....

Since that day, I have been regretting and afraid because I don't know the girl and had no idea what her status was. And from then on, some strange skin diseases, low fever, painful muscle and joints began to harass me one by one, most of which I had never had before...
I got tested(all in chemiluminescence method) in a local hospital for infectious diseases 25 days, 65 days and 88 days after exposure, all results are negative. I was relieved a great deal but symptoms were still there to come.  What freaked me out is that my friend the girl I had sex with had a few African partners these years. I know that in the city(Guangzhou) I studied, there were a lot of illegal residence of African people. I have read some infomation that some rare HIV strains (O/N/P/ HIV-2) that are hard to be detected by ordinary test are from those African countries. So I turned to the doctor again for this worry, and his answer was just ambiguous. When I came back to Hong Kong, the doctor told me the general tests only detect HIV-1/O/2. And I got tested in HK by ELISA 7 months post exposure, still negative.
I do know what I'm worrying about is of tiny chances, but I have been with a girl for more than 1 years, and she wants to have a baby, so we will marry soon. I just cannot tolerate that I pass anything dangerous to her and our baby. I really want to know if there is way that I can find out if I'm infected by those rare HIV strains. I think since scientists have found their existence, there must be some methods to detect them, though not available in regular clinics...
Please help me, my friends, what institutes can provide such specific tests to prove I'm clean? I will pay whatever I have to get the results... Thank you!

And I got tested in HK by ELISA 7 months post exposure, still negative.  You don't have an HIV concern.

Thank you very much, dear Teak.
Do you mean even the HIV N/P groups infection can be ruled out by a negative ELISA result at 7 months point?

Oral sex carries no risk. If your condom broke I would get tested. Having Vaginal sex is less risky than anal sex but carries a risk to get infected if its unprotected.

Thanks, Teak.
Yes, I have known oral sex is not a meaningful risk, but what about my concern about those rare subtype/groups ? Where in HK or USA can I get tested for them?

You never had an exposure from oral sex.
