A lil nervous

Hi August 31st of 2010 I had an encounter with a female and I'm female and we had some four play and oral sex. I took a HIV test 8weeks later by Oral Quick and also thru my Dr with blood that was sent out. I was Negative on both test but have noticed a month after heavy fatigue off and on as well as minor sore throats that don't last long. I recently started having some joint pain in my right middle finger that's noticable and I'm a lil concerned. I'm scheduled to have my yearly pap done at which I will retest to clear my mind but I'm wondering if these are symptoms I should be concerned with right now. Also in June 2010 I had streap throat and was given some cordicosteroids to take that have me a rash on my neck which moved to my right under arm and now its on my lower belly upper bladder area. I was treated with cortisone cream and ketisone cream (maybe spelled wrong) 2% and it still langering. Is this because I may be infected.. I've never had a high fever or sweats within these 5 months...I would appreciate some feedback and direction. Thanks
