hiv risk, hsv2 outbreak condom used but fluids on penis from my hands?

Is it possible to contract HIV from this scenario:
During a HSV-2 (Herpes outbreak):
A Condom was used for intercourse with a female but prior to intercourse I fingered the girl and got her vaginal fluids on both hands. While putting the condom on, I touched the herpes lesions (2 or 3 of them).

If I did get vaginal fluid on the active sores on the penis while touching it to put the condom on (grasping it and rolling the condom down with vaginal fluids on the penis from my hands), is it possible to have contracted HIV?

Is it possible that the condom "rubbed in" the vaginal fluids into the sores? Potentially infecting me with HIV if there was HIV present in the fluids.

I realized that I had 2 or 3 sores after I was completed with the sex. The condom was in tact and did not break, but I am worried since the girl was VERY wet that a lot of fluid touched the open herpes lesions when I was putting on the condom.

Thank you for your advice/time, greatly appreciated.

No, once outside the body the virus is inactive an cannot infect. Untreated HSV2 increases your risk when not on medication and with unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex.

Thanks for your response:

I understand that HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host but what if the vaginal fluids were still wet and were touched into a active herpes lesion?

I have read online that HSV2 (herpes) increases your risk for HIV transmission. What is the explanation for that? Can the HIV come into your body via the active herpes lesions if wet vaginal fluids touch it?

So, is it correct that if I get vaginal fluids (lots that are still wet) the virus dies right away (within a second)? I have heard that is alive for a few minutes until the vaginal fluids have dried out

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
