hypochondriac or hiv

over the summer i had sex with three girls twice seprately all in a row i didnt go back and forth. a month later i got a girlfriend and we been having uprotected sex for a month. one time i had a dry cut on my penis no bleeding. ever since then ive been panicing severly to the point where i start looking up symptoms online and a week later i started getting abdominal pains, constipation,  and testical pain and uretha. then i cheated on my girlfriend last week unprotected. if all these girls were hiv negative can i catch something if im hiv negative to?.

HIV is not a guessing game, had you used a condom you wouldn't be in this mess. Obtain your conclusive test result  and start using condoms.

nah after i had sex with the three girls over the summer then one month later i had gotten a girlfriend and mind you all were hiv negative and i were to. so is there a chance that i can get

You and your girlfriend go test together.

You can take an HIV DUO test at 4 weeks and then a final test at 3 months.
