Insertive Anal with TS Prostitute

Trying to be as detailed as possible, forgive any lewd language.

Had unprotected oral (receiving) and unprotected anal (insertive) over roughly 45 minutes with a transexual prostitute a week ago.

Was quite drunk when it occured, which is why I didn't ask for a condom (he/she didn't either). Finished several times inside her. She felt pretty loose, ie i didn't notice or see her use any lube and I had no problem getting in (potentially was with another client not long before?). The sex was not particularly rough but after reading about microscopic cuts, I noticed towards the end the blowjob was a bit rough ie a bit of teeth. No visible bleeding or anything like that at any point.

Also, I am circumcised.

Since the day after I have felt panicky and worried -- I was visiting the town on a business trip and don't want to try calling to protect my privacy but I have sent numerous emails through several accounts and she won't respond. She is also from Thailand where there is quite high HIV prevalence especially among transexuals and also prostitutes. The act itself occurred in Australia.

I am panicking because she won't respond to my emails -- if she was being tested regularly or even at any point, I feel she would respond. Also, from other reviews she largely has unprotected sex with her clients -- only using protection if the client insists. So I am convinced she is 100% HIV positive. I have read statistic ranges anywhere from 1 in 100 to 11 in 10,000 -- but I just read on another site at some AIDS conference in Mexico there is evidence it is more like 1/3!

I am in a remote country and am waiting 2 weeks for the oraquick test to arrive so I can test in the meantime I am losing my mind. Anyone with a some assessment of my total risk or advice is appreciated.

Her sexual history is irrelevant and so are the statistics. You have had an exposure and you've got to test. An ag/ab test at 6 weeks will give you an excellent indication followed by a 12th week ab test will be conclusive.
