hiv transmission question

I am a cop and I have psorasis on my hands, while at a call I shook the hand of the victim who had blood on her hands I am now worried that the blood touched my psorasis is this a way of transmitted the disease should i be worried

Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
