Paranoid about having HIV

The past 1st of November, I had an oral unprotected sex with a guy I barely know and have no idea about his health status. He didn't cummed into my mouth, but did it on my face.He was also trying way too hard into my mouth,so he said I gave him a tooth job by accident, and he got a scratch on his penis which scared me even more,as I probably got in touch with his blood.

They say usually the sympthoms appear 2-4 weeks after the exposure, but almost at the 7th week I got a sore throat for a few days, and a fever that lasted few hours only.Though it's because of the winter season, but one can never be sure so at the 8th week I got a test which came back negative, but I'm not sure how reliable it is as some people say only 3 months test is conclusive.

I would get a test again if it's neccesary, but I really don't want to get exposed to such a stress again while waiting for the results. So,do you think my 8th weeks results are conclusive?
