I did a mirates home test that was negative and I used the pipette they give you to collect blood ,on instructions it says dont squeeze it which I did by mistake and am now worried there may be a reason they said this and maybe it can infect me by squeezing something in...is this irrational!

Because you could not get blood up the pipette if you squeeze on the bulb.

see I wss wondering why it said dont squeeze( as it worked on capillary action) the pipette which I did.... I imagined it might squeeze something into my wound thats why it said,or maybe it said that just so as not to push the blood out it or is this an irrational fear!

No you can't get infected from a pipette. You can't infect yourself.

You first have to ask your health department to see if the test is approved and as far as the pipette you'll have to contact the manufacture to see. I can't see where you done anything wrong if you would have done it wrong you would not have got any blood in the pipette to put on the test.
