hot flashes?

hello i am a 23 years old male, i have been having hot flashes/fever-like symptoms for about a month or so.. it's been on and off, have diarrhea also on and off and mainly body feeling hot especially face, hands and feet.

i suspected HIV but i have been previously told here that i had no risk. this is my exposure:
( about 2 months ago i was in bed with a guy and we played around like we kissed briefly then he layed on me and rubbed his penis on my anus area but from the outside, he didn't insert it in me, then he came on that area)

having the hot flashes.. on and of, also diarrhea and soar throat, i am slightly worried, especially when i read this on this site here by an MD:

(The common causes of hot flashes in males are andropause, thyroid disorders and aging hormones. As a man ages his body produces less testosterone and androgen which may cause hot flashes. Other causes of hot flashes are infections like HIV and tuberculosis.)

any help? should i be worried about these symptoms?

thank you.
