how long does hiv live in menstrual ?

I was using the bathroom and the water happen to splash in and around my anal.. A guest at my house was staying over who was hiv positive

HIV is never alive, it's active or inactive. I told you above how HIV is transmitted.

So even if its within the menstrual blood , in the water its not alive (pratically died)

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
