Very very scared

2 weeks ago I made the biggest lapse of judgement I've ever had. I let a man masturbate me using only his hand. He held me sort of like a person would hold a lemon if they were juicing it(sorry if this is a dumb way to describe this I don't know any other way) so his palm could have come in contact with the tip of my penis/hole. His hand seemed dry like there was nothing on it and he definitely had no cuts. but a week or so after I got a very swollen throat and had a pain in my left abdomen. I'm on the verge of a breakdown now because I thought masturbation would be safe but now i wonder if he could have had semen on his hand from earlier in the day or something and if it could have come into contact with my urethra and would desperately love a medical opinion on this because I know it's too early to get tested, or is it?

Thanks teak I've seen your other posts on here and you are very informative and that reply was very fast. I have an anxiety condition and I think that is causing the symptoms. Thanks again for taking time out to not only read my post but reply. <3 take care
