is Jocky itch an ARS ?

Well, I have been visiting prostitutes for a year. Always protected vaginal . Very careful with condoms.
I did not check every condom after intercourse with water but noticed that neither of the condoms broke
by noticing semen collected at the tip. Is that ok ?
3-4 times i had unprotected oral sex in whitch i was the insertive partner. No ejaculation. Mostly 2-3 minutes
duration.
my questions are
1. What is difference between condom breakage and condom tear ? can condom tear go unnoticed ?
2. I have no symptoms other then jockeys itch and slight armpit discomfort which comes and goes.
Is that an ARS ?
Kindly assess my risk.
thanks

Latex condoms don't suffer a minor tear, when they go, they go.

The research shows condoms are safe... period.  google condom efficacy studies and you will find that information.

The research also shows oral is "safe." Although the CDC has yet to say this. But all I can tell you is that you can find numerous research regarding this topic and you will see that oral transmission is something that has not been proven to occur. (although there are accountis of it occuring) no research has shown it (yet)

So good luck from this point.
