Anti HIV Test CLIA after 9 weeks

Hi everyone in the Forum
Everyone asked me. I was at risk of HIV with blood directly to open wounds. After 9 weeks, I tested for HIV (anti HIV CLIA) and the result is negative. I was not safe? or wait one more test again after 12 weeks?

No a sextoy is not infectious. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
