If you had unprotected anal sex with or without ejaculation you are at risk for stds and hiv. If you believe your friend has not had sex before has not shared drugs or has not gotten hiv from his mother at birth or breast feeding then he does not havr hiv and no need to test. Its up to you whether or not you believe your friend. I cant tell you anything about his status
