new year, searching for final closure.

It's the new year and its time for me to move on.  I am not a high risk individual but I had a high risk encounter. I was forceď into sex with a transgender pros, in the august of 09. The condom broke and I pulled out instantly. Exactly sox months later, I took a rapid oral test (gum swab) and got a negative result. Can I move on? Is this test reliable enough?

Teak, I would hate to alienate you in anyway, but I  just  want to explain where my anxiety stems from. I read a report published by the cdc evaluating the oraquick advance. Although it wasn't frequent there were false negatives. Do you think these were attributes to product defect?
