Unprotected Oral Sex

Hello Doctor,
I had unprotected oral sex with two guys over the same week. I'm a guy and I had not been in any sexual activity for over a year and according to my tests I'm completely clean.
The first encounter was brief, a blowjob to a circumsized guy, and the guy came in my mouth, but i spit it as quick as I could, didn't swallow anything and then washed my mouth repetedly with some listerne.
The second one was with an uncut guy, it lasted like 4 minutes and then I stopped, he didn't cum but I guess I got some precum. I spit and then washed my mouth several times.

I know I'm just kind of paranoid, but I would like to know if there's some real risk in this and how worried should i be?

I know that's what you heard and it's wrong. The are plenty of HIV websites that will state that it's low risk and this is the problem. The way experts establish that it is NO risk is by understanding that saliva with it's many powerful proteins and enzymes render the HIV virus inactive and therefore unable to infect you.Another fact is that there are no confirmed documented cases of HIV being transmitted via oral sex and lastly, the studies conducted on couples where on partner is positive and the other negative and no transmission ever took place when engaging in unprotected oral sex.You don't need to be scared.
