The decision to take PEP should be made between you are your doctor. But if it were me, I would not take it. For me the risk would be too low to justify the risks of taking it. Usually PEP is reserved for people who have had definite exposures.

Hi

What are my chance to be infected assume she is HIV+?

Normally I go and massage with that girl only and she tells treat me like husband and allow only me to do sex with her, as per massage center rules cannot do sex, if they comes to know they will take out of her from job and she got married before two times and divorced, Sure I cant take her words on my hiv status

Just to reduce my anxiety level

Pls comment

"and allow only me to do sex with her"

And you believe that?  She could be doing the same thing with all of her clients, telling them she is "only" doing it with them.

You need to be tested at 3 months, and smarten up...always use a condom for vaginal or anal sex, period.  Sex lasts a moment, HIV lasts a lifetime.

If she had HIV it would still be unlikely that you were infected.

Position doesn't matter, it's the unprotected penitration where the risk lies. Not a lot more we can tell you then what has already been said.

Any negative test is a good indication but you will need to take your conclusive test 3 months post you last dose of nPEP.

No it is not 99.89 percent reliable after having taken.
