oral sex

good day
i have two oral exposures and i want to know what is the risk for HIV transmission;
first was on 6th SEPT 2010 and the second was on 28th SEPT 2010
i developed a rash after 3-4 weeks post the first exposure
i do not know if blood was present or not (sores, bleeding gums, etc); the two exposures were brief (1 minute or so)
any real risk for handjobs?
your reply is highly appreciated

You were told you never had a risk..

    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.
