i was wondering what is the risk for someone who didn't know they were infected and you gave them oral sex during the time that they were likely seroconverting without ejaculation. (meaning you were the giver) is this risk high?

The way that HIV is transmitted is through unprotected anal or vaginal sex or sharing of IV drug needles in adults.  Oral sex is not a risk for transmission because saliva inactivates the virus.  So, regardless of the person's viral load or HIV status, one will not get HIV from performing oral sex on someone.  Best
