p24 and META est reliable 5th week?

hey guys, iv recieved unprotected oral around 20th or 25th of February, then again on 26th of march, all from Asian CSW in australian brothels, the second time i receieved it i had very small minor cuts on my penis from shaving 4 hours before i recieved a blowjob, do i have any risk at all?

not to mention the symptoms 2 weeks after my second exposure, which was headache for 2 days which was pretty bad, diahrea ( still have it to this day ) night sweats ( wasn't too bad until about a week ago, when i drenched the pillow ) no appettite( i think from my anxiety ) tiredness ( again i think its from my anxiety ) sore throat which was hardly noticable , redness of the throat ( still there ) swollen lympnodes ( gone now ) and i have a fungal rash on my groin(both sides ) which iv had for 2 years now, because my thighs rub against each other ( but this rash had 4-5 pimple like ones, which i don't recall seeing on my groin before )  i also do have alot of random itching across my body, and now i think i have developed a rash on both sides of pecs, im not sure if it is a rash ill upload a picture.

now i got tested on 12th of april ( about 2 weeks after my second exposure ) and i just got tested on the 29th of april , for a p24 antigen test and a META test, both those tests came back positive, im just wondering is it too early to say i can finally relax?

my doctor also told me i shouldn't have been worried about hiv, iv been to doctors so much these last couple of weeks, he said i should get councelling, he thinks i have no hiv risk,

just wondering if these where hiv symptoms would i have tested positive?

also i read hiv p24 antigen test is pretty accurate around the 5-6 week mark or 28 days after exposure?

also iv read there has been no reports of hiv inncidents from australian brothels since 1980.

here is the image for my rash concern.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who believe that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." Dr. Hook
"The observation on thousands and thousands of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
"I would not say your risk ,if he had HIV is "slim to none"- that's too high.  I would say they are effectively zero.  How much of his ejaculate or other genital  secretions you may have swallowed makes no difference.  EWH "
"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook
HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
DR HOOK
The fact is that there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted by oral sex, including fellatio..  EWH
