Do I need A Test?

Dear  experts,

I had giving unprotected oral sex with a prostitute(unknown statu)4 week ago. I did not cum in her mouth though. I Know the risk of oral sex is almost equal to 0. For my situation, I had brush my tooth and tongue half hour after, and I think it really

Now I have read that even Oral receptive is a real risk and now I am really worried.

Can I get HIV from this incidence? I am really freaking out and also can not sleep. This has only been a week so even can not go out and test.

Can you help me if I have a real risk here? will I survive ?   Thanks a lot in advance

Thanks for your reply, this post is the unfinished one. I had post another one after it. But let me finish it here, the main thing which make me nervous is I have symptoms, such as pharyngitis and diarrhea, and I still have mild sore throat now. I didn't get fever so far. And the other thing is After I brushed my tongue, I think it really hurt my tastebuds(no bleed)because I lost my taste next day, and my taste was back on the third day. If the hurt of tastebuds will transmit HIV.?thanks again
