If blood contact with the canker sore

I was walking down the street yestday,when I ate the food which was in my hand before, I felt like someone had spit on the food,while I've got canker sore in my mouth for many days.Now I feel so afraid that If there`s blood in the saliva or phlegm and It happened to be in contact with the canker sore,will HIV enter my bood with the blood?

That's correct.A canker sore is not a route of transmission.Please accept the assessments and move along.

HIV is not transmitted in that fashion.

Thank you sir,but I remembered a passer-by did cough when I passed him,
If,I mean If he coughed up blood on my food,and I eat my food immediately,is it risky?I just worry about the canker sore in my mouth,is that can be a route of infection?

NO NO NO.Saliva is NOT infectious even with blood present and this is irrational thinking anyway.No one spat in your food.
