please help

good morning everyone...i am going to try to make this my last post because i dont want to keep bugging everyone...i wasnt going to post anymore from my last post but this morning around 6:30 am i came to work and was walking into the break room to get a soda and i looked down and saw a bunch of fresh drops of blood on the carpet that someone had tried to clean up with idk what and papertowels and the paper towels were shredded everywhere...i had to go get the janitor.....now i wasnt expecting this so my pant legs and shoe laces were dragging as i walked through it...how would i clean this up without exposing myself i am really nervous i have to sit here at work worrying about this til 3 when i can go home and clean it up :( what would you guys do???

Stick the shoe laces in your mouth...it doesn't matter it is not a risk. HIV is not transfered from enviromental objects.

so it wouldnt even be a risk if i bent down and tied my shoe laces or when i go to put the pants into the wash cuz they were dragging????
