PCR FALSE NEGATIVE

I had unprotected oral sex with a gay, he perform oral sex on me and thats it nothing else happened. I had a PCR test after 40 days and it was negative. Should I make another test after 3 months or not?

Since oral sex (even unprotected) was your only exposure, you do not need any test because you were never at risk. PCR is not the right test for screening, it has to be an antibody test done after 3 months, if there was a real exposure, which does not exist in your case, so you stop worrying and move on with life
