Im just lost

After posting here a couple of times, and deciding to see my doctor, everything turned out ok. Until 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks a ago, I met up with a old female friend, and we had sex. We had condom protected sex, that lasted for 15 minutes. We switched positions a few times, and in the last position is when the condom broke. Before the condom broke, I noticed it was still intact minutes before. My penis head was exposed for 1-3 minutes.

I told her afterwards about the breakage, and asked if she had been tested. She says yes, and very recently. People lie, and Im just really worried and have found myself in this position yet again. 3 days ago I started having upper back aches. My muscles in my back hurt, but only when I move my neck. I do work out, but these are not aches that I get from working out. I know the difference. My throat is scratchy, and its 3 weeks since the incident.
