HIV Risk and Window

Had sex with a sex worker back in Early December of 2014..I know I received unprotected oral sex...I honestly can't remember if there was any unprotected vaginal sex, if there was it was literally for 10 seconds but even then I can't be for sure that there was. Usually have a good memory but I just can't recall, however I do know that 99% of the vaginal sex was protected. Didn't think anything of it and was fine for a little over 4 months.

In mid April I had a fever and slight sore throat that turned into just a cough and runny nose and lasted about 3 to 4 days. I still didn't think anything of it as it came and went and I felt 100%, working out, running, swimming, felt as heathy as can be.

July 10th I had sex with another sex worker fully protected from oral to vaginal. I have been assured that I could not have contracted HIV from her.

I've had severe anxiety since July 14th about it which all started from a slight irritation I had In the tip of my Penis that started after swimming on the 14th and went away after a little over 24 hours. However within that 24 hours I convinced myself that I was screwed and started feeling neck tightness which has caused large spikes in my blood pressure and some migraines and hot flashes, but I have not had any sore throat or sustained periods of being hot, in fact there are points in time where I feel fine.

Should I be concerned about my occurrence back in December of 2014 based upon the time log and events that have taken place?
