red spots on palate that won't go away

please help!!! four years ago i maybe put myself at risk? ? ? after 6 months of severe worry i went to std clinic where i was screened for hiv, and 3 other 'common' stds , my results all came back neg, for a couple of weeks i stopped worry and then i developed a mild sore throat with tiny spots on soft palate and uvula , went back to  doctors and they said it was tonsillitis , however 3 and a half years later the spots are still there , my left pelvis aches sometimes and my throat is red and irritated about 4-5 times a year. i am ill with worry in case they got my tests wrong? i also have mild ear pain when throat is sore. my question is what can the spots be? thankyou to anyone who takes time out to read this  .

see your doctor...you do NOT have hiv and have the test to prove it.  accept your negative status and move on.

You've got to be kidding.  You are worrying over an event that happened over four years ago in which you conclusively tested negative?  You are NEGATIVE.  Believe it, accept it.  You are wasting your life worrying over this.  Move on.
