Huge Risk For HIV?

11 days ago I was on vacation in Miami after a long night of drinking a guy that I was interested in at one point, and he was interested in me too were cuddling, and fooling around. During all this he decided that he wanted to have sex with me. He used spit for lube, I didn't think that his penis would go in but somehow he managed to get his penis in me. After I felt it go completely in I quickly pulled his penis out of me he was only in me for like 5 sec. Is this a huge risk for HIV? No ejaculation, or precum I'm a gay male BTW and te guy that his happened with sleeps around quite a bit.

If it was unprotected you had a high risk--my advice is to have an HIV DUO at 4 weeks & then follow up at 3 months for a final test.

I take it that it was unprotected sex? Yes you have put yourself at risk and for other STD'S as well even if he didn't ejaculate in you.  Since the incident happened 11 days ago wait 3 more days and you can do a HIV DNA PCR test which detects the hiv virus sooner than any test.  It has a window period of 2-3 weeks.  You can get tested for Clamydia, Gonnerehea, and Trichimonis now and receive conclusive results for those diseases, all other STD'S you will need to wait at least 1-2 months.  Hope this helps and best of luck to you.
