questions about HIV

So this is 6 months after the face.
I had sex with a random girl from Texas 6 months ago. There was a second of penetration before I came to and put my condom on. I was well beyond drunk. We had intercourse and went our separate ways. I came home I had some fatigue and stomach cramps about a weekly afterwards. I will say my anxiety was going crazy so I was driving myself nuts. I never had a temperature but I did get a few pus filled hair follicles on my arms. 4 over the course of 2 months. I never had that happen. So at about 3 months I developed these small red/purple  spots on my right hand. No where else,no pain or anything. They developed as I got back in to boxing and my gloves were over 2 1/2 years old smelled bad everything well over do for a new pair.
I went to the Dr showed him the spots told him the story. And got an HIV test (3 months after the fact to the day) he said the spots were not HIV and would go away. I got new gloves and they went away 2 days later.
He said make sure u get a 6 months test to which is this week. My 3 months was negative and I still feel great but now I'm getting anxiety.

Was my 3 month test conclusive even though I had had a rash? Should I be worried about this 6 month test.
I think my Dr was string so save me anxiety.

Thank you
