risk to symptoms after 1st time

I,m a straight male but had this one off situation which has scared me so much..Spoke to a gay male on chat line for a year...did nothing tll split with my girlfriend.  Thought i would get the experience out of the way while single.. went to his place(it was a housing place where they have a red cord to pull as an alarm)...he said he was 57 but looked 10 years older..(too young to be in home unless hiv?)
I gave oral for about a minute without condom then he put a washed vibro(with condom on)inside my anus gently with lube...what worries me is the tub of lube ..could that have hiv germs...i masturbated him and he wiped himself with a wet cloth..he then gave me oral and i came over myself...he went into his bathroom then almost launched at me to wipe my penis with a cloth...im worried he could have had cum on it and tried to wipe it into my urethra....i was polite and left ...next day my penis head was slightly irritated and extremely sensitive for a week...i got 2 coldsores in the cracks of my mouth and little pinprick black blister type spots(6)inside my cheeks and a white sore on my throat...from week 2 until week 6 ive had a constant tiredness and head feels like im hungover every minute. Memory is really poor too...week 5 also had lower back pain and stiff neck..also had very chesty cough and slight runny nose for couple of days...
Ive read hiv symptoms and this sounds like it but how did i get this when i just had oral or cum was wiped over my penis head?
Its week 6  AND I STILL HAVE A COUPLE OF LITTLE SPOTS IN MY MOUTH AND FEEL HEADY...What do you think? Please and thankyou..i went for test of swab and urine but dare not do hiv test...the lesser infections came back negative which scared me even more.please and thankyou,Mark
Never told new girlfriend and to my horror she complained of feeling really tired and lump feeling in her throat...please advise

Thankyou for your words of comfort. I try to remain rational yet my symptoms dont allow this especially when i have symptoms of 7days=white spots in mouth and canker sore on throat. 2 weeks to 7 weeks=head feels constantly like im hungover, really full.  3 weeks= hot body coming and going.   week5 to week 7 back of neck and kidneys ache and stiff and little red spots on neck and chest...
Now my gfriend without me saying anything about how i was feeling has said she has headache constant and a lump in her throat..she also has a white coated tongue..
I had std check for minor stds and cos he put the umberella to deep in my penis ,when i had to give urine sample there was blood apparently.. The result came back as i have white cells in the blood indicating i am fighting an infection..ive retaken this... i just cant understand that im clear on every std and syphilis that ive been tested for (not tested for hiv) so cant think of any other infection that would have these symptoms..
But i keep telling myself that it cant be hiv as i only was at risk to oralsex and him wiping my penis head with a cloth but what can it be... any ideas /thoughts from you nick or anyone. Have you come across this scenario before? Thankyou MARK

HIV is not transmitted via oral sex or masturbation (Including using the same towel etc.)

NO Unprotected vaginal or anal sex = NO HIV RISK (Sexually speaking)

NO RISK = NO WORRIES

Hope this helps

My answer is the same with this one. Symptoms can be tied to fear and/or another disease, but not to HIV given your lack of risk if this is your only concerned exposure.
