scared

Hello, on Friday while on my job I was taking the trash out, I work at Baptist memorial a nursing home, and as I was throwing the last bag away a needle poked through my finger, went in not to deep. Could there be a possibility of hiv/aids or hepatitis?

Thank you so much for answering. I know one of the ways of getting hiv is sharing needles, so I kinda saw it that way when it stabbed my finger.

I am very frustrated by this considering the possibilities of this disease. I got blood work done and got a shot but results won't be in for 5 weeks.
