I was getting a blood work done at a shady lab and the nurse was doing it was frantic and seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. She was having trouble getting blood out. And at one point she grabbed a tube that had red spots inside the top of the container.  And put the needle in my arm and i asked her if that was blood and she said it was a clean needle but the tube had redspots on it i believe. Then she threw it in the discards. this was thurs morning at 800am. I dont know why i accepted what she said, ive been freaking out ever since. Cause ive been really sick lately b4 this im not sure if i was being paranoid.  But i 100 percent believe she put a needle in my arm in the spot she was drawing blood and there were red spots inside the tube and then she threw it out. Should i go for PEP?

No, you don't need PEP, you need to talk to a psychiatrist about your paranoia.
