Okay so Ive been on pep for 11days now for an encounter with someone cause I didn't know her Status and she did unprotected oral on me.
Last night I meet this girl we had protected sex and the condom came off I pulled out immediately but it was kinda too late at that point cause I was exposed. I was wondering will my pep still be effective. She says she has papers and get tested monthly. The next day after this I woke up after taking pep meds and puked could it be the pep meds please help

Receiving oral sex is zero risk for HIV, so I'm not sure why anyone prescribed PEP for that event.  However, the PEP will offer you protection from your event last night.  Discuss this event with the doctor who prescribed PEP in case they wish to extend the PEP prescription to cover a full 28 days post-most recent event.

No idea why you puked.  Could be the PEP, could be related to anxiety.
