Is Rapid test reliable ?

I will try to make it short and easy to understand.

5 days after the possible HIV infection, i had mild headache and feel tired which lasted for more than a month (persist currently) but greatly less headache. 10 days after the possible HIV infection, i had lymph nodes right below my jaw and it is small and tender. 38 days after the possible HIV infection, i have very mild pain on both of my knees. What i am trying to say is i had several symptoms which includes mild headache, lymph nodes, feel tired and mild knee pain.

36 days after possible infection of HIV, i went for a test by using Alere Determine™ HIV-1/2 Ag/Ab Combo that claims to be able to provide a conclusive results after 30 days of infections. The results is negative.

May i know should i get tested again? Is the rapid test that i used reliable?

Sorry for my bad english.

Thank you

After the 28 days better to wait 6 weeks for an antibody test.

I had sex with my housemate while we are slightly drunk. I can recall that i used condoms but i am afraid that i recalled wrongly because i was drunk. Is it too late for me to go for that test after 36 days ?

28 day DUO test is conclusive, after that the antigen starts to drop.
What was your risk?
