About 1 year ago I did couples of regular massages(not sexual) But I had some rashes in my body because of dry skin. The spa is well known here in NYC . Can I contract HIV if with the rubbing on these rashes if the person who gave the massage has ?

I have a phobia about HIV. I was at Barney's big store here in NYC. I was with my husband and showing some ties to him that were over a store's manequin with some sewing pins hold them together. I pricked my finger with one of the pins. I don't know if I'm worried unecessarily or is there a chance to contract HIV?
