HIV possibility from sex with prostitute?

Hi all,

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I am in a state that I would need some re-assurance to settle my anxieties and worries.

I recently had sex with a hooker in the past few days, I received a (perhaps 20 minutes) blowjob without a condom and have received some rimming. I had penetrative sex with her with a condom for about one minute and switched back to the blowjob (without a condom), and eventually ejaculated in her mouth.

The blowjob was a bit rough, as i have felt a fair bit of teeth in the process. I am a bit concerned as my penis has been moist and quite smelly these few days ever since. My penis also feels a bit sore and it looks red for some reason, and I have been urinating quite a lot (almost need to pee every 30 minutes, and pee drips into my underwear even after im done). I do shower frequently and more than once per day, but it does not seem to eliminate the smell or the moisture.

I am quite concern because i feel like this is definitely not normal, and I would like to know if I have exposed myself to STDs, and if I should go ahead and get tested. I am particularly worried about the chances of HIV, since from what i have read 1-5% of HIV was transmitted this way.

Thanks very much and any suggestions are appreciated.
