the Anxiety of HIV

Hello experts:
Firstly, you may think my question is ridiculous,so please forgive me,but I'm very very afraid now.I hope receive some specific explaination.
I have searched many information from the internet,I know people could get HIV if a wound touch the enviroment surface that has some body liquids. So I feel we are living the situation that is very dangerous.
For example,we always go to bathroom, the bath towel and washcloth could be used by everyone,so there may have this situation:the bath towel you used may have some blood and other body liquids,if there are some wound on your prepuce, penis or someplace(our body often has many wound),I'm afraid and my nervous nearyly breakdown.
My situation is one winter day I use a washed bra to masturbate. The bra is wet and frozen for it isn't dry.During the masturbation,my prepuce has some wound. After several weeks my groin Lymph node of right leg is inflammation.it feel very painful,3 days later this situation disappear, but groin Lymph node of left leg is inflammation,too,2 days later it's well.
Now I feel very afraid, because I don't know if someone have done something on this bra and I don't know if there is some blood or other body liquid on it.
And many people have told me there is no risk for my situation. But I know people could get HIV by sharing sex toys,I want to know what is the difference.
Please give me some specific explaination.
Thanks a lot.In my country many people have these questions, the answers they receive are it's very dangerous. So many people think our life are dangerous.I want to have many knowledge about these,so I could help myself and my Countrymen.
