threat of HIV

hi there, yesterday I had sex with anonymous lady which I dont know, I wearied a condom and nothing penetrated it, but after finishing the process and when I was taking off the condom I found vaginal fluid all over the condom from outside which i touched it with my hands, I found small but not bleeding only a cut with a Blood clotting on my finger when I was rinsing my hand,
i am afraid that HIV could possibly get inside my blood.

please help.

cuts start healing from the inside out, almost immediately, sealing off any entry into the bloodstream.

transmission takes place INSIDE the body.

you had NO risk.
