Please help me... thank you. SOS

I had a unprotected sex with a female sex worker.
I had done 6 alere determine antibodies test at DSC Singapore.
The testings were done by 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 20 weeks after the exposure.
All the results were negative. Can I eliminate HIV infection, please?

Actually I haven't been out of HIV haze. But I made a mistake again after drinking. I had a sexual with a female sex worker (No oral sex etc).
But we used a condom this time. The condom didn't ruptrue and slide.
And I used the soap and much water to wash at once.
Do I need to do a HIV test?

BTW, How to infect HIV through a unprotect sex? The virus is coming by the male's genital organs or urethra? And is there any HIV risk if a female's fluid secretion touch the skin of hands, legs, etc? Because it's possible to happen even during a protected sex.

Thank you.

You don't have HIV you have over killed on testing. 3 months post exposure is when you can obtain your conclusive negative test.
