uneducated, dumb question, but a little worried

First i just want to thank who answers this odd question ! but when anxiety gets the best of you, anything is possible, about 2 1/2 weeks ago i had a protected blow job from a stripper, before she put the condom on, she did spit on my urethra, then she gave me a blow job with the condom on, because i was in a little private room, there were no napkins so when i ejaculated I did not wipe off the cum(nasty i know) and left it there on the tip. is it possible that HIV from the spit could of mixed with my cum after the BJ, and some could've fall back in my urethra, and could've contracted HIV like that? i know I'm tripping out, but 2 weeks later the encounter, i have a slight soar throat, and what appears to be some small pimply marks that somewhat looks like a rash on my thigh, so am i just letting anxiety get the best of me or could that transfer HIV? i know its a real dumb question but asking you guys would make it a relief, since i can't tell anyone else my situation.
