unprotected oral sex with a prostitute

i had a condom on and i did not know she was on her period and there was all over blood in the condom and i finally remove the condom and put it a new one. and we had Sexual intercourse again and again she was bleeding really bad ! as far as i remember the condom did not break both times. but  when she cleaned her vagina With her hand! some blood must be left on her hands with that blood on her hands and she did not washed her hands and she gave a handjob to me with the period blood on her hands and then i edjaculate!

QUESTIONS

1.) can i get hiv from smooching , getting a blow job and boob sucking ?

2.) is there any possibility that the virus transmitted with her hand to my penis as her hands could have period blood on them and there was no lubricant involved while handjob and if it does how much risk  am i at?

3.) can blood on the condom somehow get to the foreskin of penis. could that blood transmit HIV through my penis?

Should i stop taking pep then its been 3 days i am taking pep i think doctor gave me pep as i did'nt know that the condom was broke or stayed intact and i live in india where 90% hiv is spreading through only sexual activity i think thats why he gave me pep!

What do you think if condom broke would i be in very high risk as there was a lot blood on the condom and i could not even see that there was hole or tear in the condom although i used a durex extended pleasure condom which is well known company for condom and does that may lower my risk of breaking condom as it was well known company condom?

One last question would one know if the condom breaks while penetration!

This is my last query help me, Thanks!

You didn't say you had vaginal sex so what is all the fear about blood about?

If you did have vaginal, then you needed a condom which you used. However if a condom fails, it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so both of you would notice that so it is unnecessary to look for small tears and holes because that doesn't happen.
Reread the advice about the "long way" and the 3.

You had no risk and a test would be a waste of time. He doesn't sound like much of a doctor if you told him exactly what happened and he prescribed Pep.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situation you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.

No, you can not get HIV from smooching, boob sucking or getting a blow job.  Those are no risk activities.  The only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  You had protected sex which is safe sex even if she had her menstrual period.  You were protected.

No, she did not transfer HIV to you through her hands that may have had menstrual blood on them to your penis.  HIV is inactivated in air.  This is also not a risk.

And if there was an intact condom, no blood can not get to the foreskin of your penis.

So, you did not have a risk in any way and can move on!
