vaginal/anal fingering - Worried

I am male 36 years, recently i had encounter with unknown female partner whose HIV status is unknown to me, i had kissed her sucked her breast, no intercourse was done both vaginal/anal. But we did lot of foreplay , i guess the lady had just finished with her periods may be last day with possibility of blood spotting. in the beginning i had worn condom on my finger for fingering her Vagina and did that for 2-3 minutes, later i did finger her without putting condom on my finger for 10-20 seconds, while we were kissing and doing foreplay to arouse my self i lubricated my same finger with my saliva after 2-3 minutes and then i inserted that asme finger in my anus for 2-3 Sec for about 2-3 centimeter inside( i don't think i have any cuts in my anus in case there is some vaginal fluid or some blood spotting remained on my finger while fingering her vagina couple of minutes back). Am i at risk for inserting same finger in my anus for 2-3 second. please advise as i am worried

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
